Join TOM MTF

Investment firms or market makers who would like to trade directly on TOM MTF must be admitted as member to TOM MTF. Firms can apply for membership by contacting the TOM MTF membership department (+31 20 719 5009 or sales@tomgroup.eu).

The TOM MTF membership procedure is very straightforward and TOM will do its utmost to facilitate and process the applications as quickly as possible. During the process we will naturally update you on the progress made and notify you of any important developments.

The TOM Membership procedure is divided in two main parts:


1) Legal & Compliance

The membership procedure implies entering into some key agreements and a Due Diligence survey by TOM MTF. The first step is filling the Membership Application Form.

    • Authorized Signatories List
    • Direct Debit form
  • Membership Agreement
  • NOMX Sublicense Agreement
  • Market Data Agreement
  • Due Diligence Documentation

2) Technical process

This implies the technical trading connection of the prospective member to TOM MTF (Nasdaq OMX Genium INET). The TOM MTF Connectivity Manager will also manage the required NOMX conformance test.
